Fulfillment Protocol // Dispatch Timeline
Every confirmed order moves through the same fixed dispatch sequence, verified, packed, and handed to carrier from Aether Laboratories. This document defines the timeline you should expect, from confirmation to tracked transit.
Processing Window
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. Orders are not packed, shipped, or handed to carrier on weekends or federally recognized holidays. An order confirmed after close of business on a Friday begins processing the next business day.
Tracking & Confirmation
A Shipment Confirmation transmission is issued to your registered email the moment your order ships, carrying your tracking number. Tracking numbers typically activate in the carrier’s system within 24 hours of dispatch. A number that reads as inactive on day one is expected, not an error.
Address Accuracy
Verifying the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Aether Laboratories bears no liability for packages misdirected, delayed, or returned to origin as a result of an incomplete or incorrect address.
Should a package be returned to us for this reason, re-shipment costs are billed to the purchaser at prevailing carrier rates before a second dispatch is initiated.
Node Volume Notice
We are currently processing a high volume of incoming orders. Shipments may be delayed by a few days beyond the standard 24–48 hour processing window while queue depth normalizes.
